Should you feel that the portable blender bottle received is not what you expected, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You can return the product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the product being in the original resalable condition. We require all parts including chargers, user manuals and packing to be included in the return.
Upon receiving the returned product our team will advise you of your entitlements of a full refund, not inclusive of the return postage costs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.
Should you wish to return the product, we may require that you pay the delivery or postage cost.
We do not offer refund or exchange on products that have been pre-ordered.
You are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of receipt, however you must ensure that the product is in original resalable condition, containing all parts, including charges, user manuals and packaging must be included.
If you have used your Blend Blast at all, prior to returning, this deems the product unsuitable for return and the 30 day money back guarantee is void.
Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage.
- All items must be unused and contain all packaging and parts.
- Return shipping costs of products is the purchasers responsibility.
- To avoid product from being damaged whilst in transit, please ensure item is well packaged prior to return.
- Please ensure all returned packages are sent with tracking, as we do not take responsibility for items damaged, stolen or lost whilst in transit.
- Please ensure that you seek approval from our team prior to returning the product - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.
