INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Of Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Or Any Nut Milk, Such As Cashew Milk Or Almond Milk
- Add A Handful of Frozen Berries
- Tbsp Of Nut Butter, Seed Butter Or Cashew Butter To Add A Delicious Flavour And Healthy Fats. If You Wish To Keep The Smoothie Nut-Free, Use Sunflower Butter.
- Add Chia Seeds To Help Give The Smoothie Some Thickness.
DIRECTIONS
- Pour Milk Into Blend Blast First, then Berries, Butter and Chia Seeds And Blend Well.
